Shipping
We deliver throughout Germany and EU-wide.
To simplify shipping cost calculation, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 per order, regardless of the number of items. Free shipping on orders over €60. No additional shipping costs apply; packaging costs are already included. This applies provided that delivery is within Germany and the item weighs less than 31.5 kg.
Delivery usually takes place within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment.
If you would like to change or cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we process your order immediately, changes are only possible as long as the package has not yet left our center.
If you receive a damaged package, please only sign for receipt under reservation. If acceptance under reservation is not possible, please refuse acceptance of the package. If not only the packaging but also the contents are damaged, please contact us directly. Important: We absolutely need a photo of the damaged package or damaged goods in order to process the damage claim. Please send us the photo along with your contact details by email. Please do not dispose of the packaging and contents, as we need these for damage processing.

Returns
The customer has the right to inform the provider of their withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This must be communicated by email to info@jassa-drops.de. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer takes physical possession of the goods. The customer must inform the provider of the withdrawal either through a withdrawal form or a clear statement showing that they are withdrawing from the contract. The withdrawal declaration must be sent within the statutory period. A message is considered timely if it is sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
The customer can send the goods at their own expense to the following address: JASKA NATURE D.O.O., Mavsarjeva cesta 1A, 1357 Notranje Gorice, Slovenia. Please be sure to include a copy of the original invoice or another proof of purchase document (e.g., bank statement with date and time of purchase) with the return. If the customer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, the goods must be returned undamaged and in unchanged quantity within 14 days of the withdrawal declaration. It is considered timely if the goods are returned before the 14-day period expires.
In the event of a withdrawal, the provider will refund all payments received without delay, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal declaration. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided. Pursuant to § 312g(2)(3) BGB, withdrawal is excluded for products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery. This does not apply if wrong products were delivered.
