Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.
Consumers are natural persons who conclude legal transactions for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Contracting Party, Contract Conclusion, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with JASKA NATURE D.O.O., Mavsarjeva cesta 1A, 1357 Notranje Gorice, Slovenia.
The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You may initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.
The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Age Confirmation
By using this website and placing an order in this online shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The contract language is German. The complete contract text is not stored by us.
Delivery Conditions
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process. We only deliver by shipping. Self-collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.
Free shipping within Germany on orders over €60. Delivery within 2–4 business days. EU-wide shipping available.
Prices and Payment
All prices listed are final prices including statutory VAT. Additional delivery and shipping costs are indicated separately in the respective product description.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is processed immediately upon submitting the order.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier.
Warranty Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply. As a buyer, you are obliged to inspect the condition of the goods received as soon as possible and to report any recognizable defects immediately.
We provide warranty by remedying defects. This is done by delivering a defect-free item (replacement delivery). Should subsequent performance fail, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for guarantee promises, and under the Product Liability Act.
In the case of a breach of material contractual obligations through slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
